Learning Intentions

  1. To re-enact/interpret visually a pakiwaitara in their own words or actions. – Arts
  2. To promote and sustain self-worth/identity/Whakapapa/valuing tipuna and Ngati Poroutanga – Hauora/Te Reo
  3. To re-tell in their own words a pakiwaitara using storytelling skills. – Oral
  4. To identify local landmarks to specific pakiwaitara – Social Studies

Success Criteria:
  1. Produce and Present a slideshow/movie/animation/whakaari re-telling a pakiwaitara
  2. Stand and present my.pepeha and mihimihi and a positive statement about themselves beginning with He Rangatira ahau ……. Nga Pepeha o nga Pipi PaoPao
  3. To be able to retell a pakiwaitara in my own words using correct stature, voice projection and enunciation.
